27th Nov…Is this a special date? Is this a day where special events is going to take place? Well,perhaps…This will be my last day serving in the choir ministry in CHC…I’m really leaving after serving for the last 5 yrs and 5 mths…Wow, times flies..Never struck me that I have been in choir for that long…
As I looked back,God has really been faithful to me all this while..I truly enjoy this platform ministry & had always enjoyed every single moment serving Him and His people in this area..Smthg that will always remain in me — we are all Levities who can bring in the presence of God to minister to people..
Choir has taught me what “sacrifice of praise” meant (it happened to me a few times that “buttering” or smthg bad really happened b4 i went on stage),it taught me what it meant to “flow together”,it taught me unity,etc…
Leaving a place of comfort and going to a place of unfamilarity,not knowing what lies ahead of u means that u really hv to put your faith in your Heavenly Papa…Bible says that all things work out good for those who trust Him..This is crucial and a promise that I know I will hold on to dearly…
People ask,”any sad feelings now that you are leaving?” Well, yes & no..Yes, because this is a place that I hv forged friendship with a handful of friends.No, because I know I’m moving from glory to glory and I’m responding to a higher calling and stepping into a destiny that I can minister and help others.
Was I very fast in making a decision to be a CGL???Nope…It took me a long while to decide and finally responding to the call…Friends like audrey & rac tan & my dear dear can testify to that…It takes faith & courage for u to step out of your comfort zone..When u do that,u are entering your promised land…
Hold on to your dreams & visions with courage,know that He is with you…
