Daddy and Mummy have been busy packing clothes (for Mummy’s confinement at MIL place) and stuff to bring over to Dover the last few days. I guess we are more or less 90% ready physically to wait for Princess’s arrival. We have set up her cot and all her clothes are neatly folded into her movable wardrobe.
We have also pack most of the stuff into the hospital bag to standby for her to pop.

We used to play an ice-breaker in CG long long time ago (during Hollywood days) & it goes like this… Hi, my name is Henry, what is your name.. and is supposed to go with one dot & two dots.. (if I didn’t remember wrongly).
We have finally decided the name for Princess – Her name is Low Zi Xuan Inez.
Inez (pronounce as “E nez”) => Of Spanish origin; meaning = pure & holy
Zi = Seed
Xuan = a type of lily (lily symbolize elegance and purity)
Daddy gave the Chinese name and Mummy gave the English name. Mummy wanted a unique and meaningful name, so this name pops out when I was searching and going thru the numerous names that are available.
Xuan = Daddy always like this character or sound of the character. And since is a type of lily and we always know that lily symbolize elegance and purity. It seems to go well with her English name.
However, we did spend a long time on finding the suitable middle name though. We went thru characters like’ “Yan” (which mummy disagree cos too many strokes), “Ying”, “Le”… Finally, Daddy has inspiration for the character “Zi”. Meaning of this character is also meaningful cos’ she indeed is a seed that is planted by God.

Today, Mummy, Daddy & Princess went to see gynae for our usual appointment. Once again, Princess is not showing her face, one of her hand blocked her face. Gynae says again, Oh, she’s very shy huh..” She didn’t show her face the previous round too.
The first S – Shy (wonder is really so? If really, then is probably Daddy’s gene).
The second S – Smallish. Gynae says that Princess is still a little small size, weighing at 1.905 kg today at 34 weeks. Gynae asked Mummy to eat more (and Mummy really tried and also heeded some advice to take durians). Based on 2 weeks interval, she gained about 400 grams, so based on 6 more weeks to go, if she gains 400 grams every 2 weeks, then she probably weigh around 3.1 kg at delivery.. Haahaa.. That’s what Mummy hope. But then, SIL was saying that is not accurate wan. If Princess is really smallish, then is really cos Daddy & Mummy belong to the small, petite category.
I can only pray and hope that Princess grows normally, strong and healthy and reach the desired weight in these last 6 weeks.

I have decided – Mt A shall be the place where Princess will be delivered.
Firstly, the parking definitely is better than TMC.
Secondly, I have been there several times and more familiar with the hospital too.
Thirdly, is a mission hospital and heard that the nurses there are not bad.
Fourthly, per my SIL, the environment seems better for recuperation.
And the last reason, is slightly cheaper than TMC and gynae will not charge extra for delivering at Mt A.

It’s the same old questions again. No sparks, no surprise, no planning being done.
No expectation = no disappointment
3/4 day has gone by just like that.
Not everyone will think and plan like I do, putting in effort and sourcing around.
Mundane, routine => what a day it has been. So sad…

A man who gave up his seat for me today along AMK station suddenly fainted when we are near Dhoby Ghautl station. It was so sudden that it gave me a shock. Thank God 2 men immediately went & helped him up and he regain conscious very soon. Another lady took his bag & they all alighted together. I’m not sure if the 3 kind souls are supposed to alight at that stop but I believe that they have put their own interest aside.
There are still kind souls in this world. All of us can afford to put away our own selfish agendas and stop being so self-centered and open our eyes – we can indeed find a need and meet the need, find a hurt and heal the hurt. We can really bring the love of God into a world that is hurting.
I pray and hope that the man who fainted is due to no breakfast and not some sudden heart attack. God,please protect him.

As usual, Baby is very active again today.
Mummy tried to record her movements to show Daddy especially when she seems to be shifting her butt from left to right cos Mummy’s tummy shifted quite abit.
She seems to know that Mummy wants to capture her and stop moving when Mummy is holding the handphone & shooting at the tummy. Once Mummy put the handphone away, she starts moving again. This happened at least 4 times until Mummy give up (if not colleagues will be wondering what I’m doing).
Think our girl is showing some characteristics – either too camera-shy or too cheeky.

It’s always good to be busy. Dear has been on his new job for more than a month already. Due to all the OPM, morning & evening PM, sometimes, he needs to work till the wee hours or he needs to wake up super early.
There has been occasions where I don’t get to see him at night due to OPM and by the time he comes back to sleep, is time for me to wake up and go to work.
I do miss him, especially when I have to sleep alone…

I have noticed that baby is more active in the daytime, especially when Mummy is at work. Mummy is super busy & works hard in the office with one goal – to clear cases on my desk. It seems that baby also hard at work inside Mummy – actively stretching, turning & playing bah…
If you have catch one of the tag of my husband in Facebook, you will realize that she’s one active gal (even in the night) – till one night that daddy & mummy can’t sleep.
Hopefully, when she pops out, she will sleep thru the night & not deprive her parents of sleep.

I have decided that 6pm shall be the time that I leave office everyday. No more OT… No more working till past 830pm… Not worth it… No returns in the end… Only lotsa stress, unappreciation & complaints from sales…
That’s it… (especially since gynae says I need to rest more)
